Eco Box Studio was built on a single conviction: the way a product arrives shapes how a brand is remembered. Yes — every project is built to a custom brief. We do not work from a catalogue of fixed sizes. Box structure, dimensions, board weight, print specification, and finish are all tailored to your product and brand requirements. Custom die-cut inserts, magnetic closures, and premium finishes are all available as standard options.
Material selection is one of the most important parts of the process and we take it seriously. We advise on board type, weight, and coating based on product weight, freight conditions, retail environment, and sustainability goals. You will receive a clear recommendation with the rationale — not a confusing list of stock codes to choose from.
Eco-friendly options are available across our full range — including natural kraft boards, recycled fibre stocks, soy-based inks, FSC-certified materials, and recyclable-only lamination options. We also advise on right-sizing structures to reduce material usage. Premium and sustainable are not mutually exclusive here.
Samples are a standard part of the process — not an optional add-on. Physical samples are produced and signed off before bulk production begins. You will review colour, finish, structure, and insert fit before a single bulk unit is made. This removes the most expensive surprises in the process.
We provide print-ready dieline templates for every structure we produce, along with artwork specifications, bleed guides, and print zone documentation. Our prepress team reviews artwork before it goes to press to catch any issues early. If your design team needs guidance, we can support that conversation too.
The more detail, the more accurate the quote. To get started we need: product type, approximate dimensions or an existing sample, preferred box style (if known), print specifications, any finish requirements, order quantity, and delivery timeline. If you are unsure on any of these, a discovery conversation will resolve them quickly.
Yes — both channels are served well and the requirements are genuinely different. Ecommerce packaging is optimised for unboxing experience, DTC presentation, and transit protection. Retail packaging is engineered for shelf performance, planogram compliance, and point-of-purchase impact. We brief on channel first and structure accordingly.
